Decided To Go Ahead And Get Going On It Since This a Community Roster Will Upload/Post Once I'm Finished.

Ratings Change:
ULCA RB Joshua Kelley 80 ovr - 88 ovr Impact Player

Reason: To Reflect Him Being The Best Back On UCLA's Roster Current Starter Was 87 Overall. Kelley Led UCLA In Rushing Last Season With 1243 yards and 5.5 YPC.

Don't Plan On Changing Any Other Ratings Unless I See A Good Player Like Kelley On The Bench. Will List If So.
