It appears one of my favorite websites has been taking down. I'd like to thank Waz for hosting us puck heads for the last umpteen years. Hopefully we'll see a return to 2khockey and his website.

I can't buy that it's gone...I mean for all the "we are here to stay" schtick of the homepage video. That's just a bit hard to swallow. Especially with no news or warning.

I thought they had some promo video talking about some type of revamping going on in light of 2K hockey being no more. I mean you really can't call yourself 2khockey when there ain't any.

Putting any effort into a youtube video and just being taken down without so much as a "here's how we're rebranding ourselves", no redirect, no "good bye it's been nice". It just doesn't make sense.

I understand that there's no 2k hockey anymore, and understand that there's barely a 2k hockey community left these days. I suppose that showing screenshots of the old forum software with some date overlays is probably not even that much effort, but still is too much to simply have the plug pulled.

Sure we can all chat here about 2k, this just reeks of madness without method...maybe it's just down temporarily or maybe the hosting is changing, but it sure looks like Waz still has the domain name.
