As a Madden player, I agree wholeheartedly with this award. Madden is probably one of the best things EA makes, and it's still not very good. Madden belongs in the same class of watered-down mass-market entertainment product as GI Joe movies and recent seasons of The Office.

They really need to let go of the NFL license so 2K can make a darn NFL game. I think the fans have been waiting for an innovative game since NFL 2K5. I really hate EA's strategy with their games now. Lack of innovation as well.
