I'd suggest Professional Football Simulator. Honestly, the single player sucks, but it's great for online leagues!

Hey guys, Out of the parks Development is developing a new football franchise, Beyond the Sidelines. It'll be a really in-depth game with every player on every NFL roster and accurate contracts, etc. The game will be released at some point next year. Sounds like it'll be a fun game.

i love this iteration of the game. an updated 7.0a was released which fixed a couple of things and added some graphics. the user community produce graphics options and other helpful tools for players to download. i prefer that this was designed for 95 rather than 8.1.

I enjoy Second and Ten. They offer all nfl and college seasons. Once you pay for the game ($50) you get every season available. I am currently playing the 1990 NFL season and it is very realistic. www.secondandten.com
