1st Round UK Title Tournament: Daniel Bryan v. Jake "The Snake" Roberts
What may have been over confidence, Jake the Snake was snake bitten by Daniel Bryan in the opening match for NXT. Bryan would force Jake to tap out to the yes lock after a grueling matchup between the two.
1st Round NXT Womens Title Tournament: Ivory v. Dana Brooke
Ivory would dominate for a majority of the match. However, she would remove the turnbuckle in the match a move in which she would later pay for. Dana would send Ivory into the uncovered turnbuckle and roll Ivory up for the victory.
1st Round NXT Title Tournament: Ric Flair v. Alberto Del Rio
Ric Flair would come to the ring in true Flair fashion stlying and profiling. He chopped and cut Del Rio down to size, before Del Rio took him down with the Arm Bar.
1st Round NXT Tag Title Tournament: New Age Outlaws v. Ascension
Outlaws dominated in true Outlaw fashion. Billy would hit the Fameasser on Konnor to score the pinfall and advance in the tournament.
1st Round World Title Tournament: Randy Orton v. Christian
A match that went back and forth for quite a bit so a cliche ending. As Randy Orton hit an RKO out of nowhere to put an end to the Charismatic Charisma.
1st Round NXT Tag Title Tournament: Motor City Machine Guns v. Bushwackers
NXT may not be looked at as the show of shows but the debut show really turned some heads thanks to the MCMG v. Bushwackers match. The Bushwackers gave the Guns all they could handle but the teamwork of MCMG was just too much for the Bushwackers to overcome as the Motor City Machine Guns defeated the Bushwackers.
Main Event 1st Round World Title Match: Brock Lesnar v. Andre The Giant
Brock dominated a majority of the match even taking the big monster that is Andre The Giant and taking him to suplex city. However, it would be some huge elbow drops delivered from Andre to the core of Brock Lesnar that would take the Beast Encarnate out. Two large elbow drops was the doom that Andre the Giant needed to move on to the next round.
