I think it's the lighting. On some of the Gerald McCoy pics the light makes it look like a dark grayish color. Closer to how Zuttah's pants look in this pic because they're wet for whatever reason:

Considering they were already using a darker shade of pewter, probably not the best decision to make it darker or take off the shininess they used to have.

The existing Tampa jerseys were some of the better ones in the NFL I felt.

Shame they felt they had to change them.

Not sure if this has been posted, but I think it looks a lot better with the chrome parts of the numbers actually shining (as seen in the bottom right picture here):

I just don't get it. They said the font is supposed to look like swords because they're pirates. I don't see it at all.

I've given it time to let the intial shock wear off...

These are still terrible. The random orange pieces. The HORRIBLE number font. In no way, shape, or form does this new uniform look better than the one they just had.
