Kane with the winning goal in the shootout. That was a great game.

It would've been an even better finish if Hossa would've scored with 2 seconds left on the clock off the Toews faceoff win. Hit iron though.

Cannot wait for Carter to come back too. Then maybe we'll have something.

I love Martin St. Louis, but Vinny LeCavalier is my favorite Hockey player ever and after a bit of a disappointing season last year he is off to a red hot start. He had a big game last night in the comeback win against a solid Buffalo team, and has put up points in nearly every game. I just wanted to point out the level he's played at since more than a few were saying he wasn't that good anymore.

Stamkos and St. Louis are both playing well too, really enjoying the Lightning's turnaround after the rough 5 game winless streak. That win was 3 in a row, hopefully Guy keeps them on track throughout the season and maybe we can have some playoff magic like last year. *Crosses Fingers!*

Also forgot to point out that Marc-Andre Bergeon is off to a fantastic start as well.

So we more or less imploded our team to sign a goalie who has given up 5 goals the last two times he's been in net. Sweeeeeeeeet.

I thought it was a bad move making all the moves they did to get Bryz but at the same time still a lot of season left so hard to judge him too much on what is likely just a cold streak.

Not to mention the Flyers look like a way different team without Pronger so that isn't helping him at all.

He started out allowing 1 goal in 2 games so I wouldn't put much stock into another 2 game sample.

Bryz will be fine as will the Flyers.
