My biggest complaint is that it throws you into these 9th inning situations with 2 outs a lot of times. Let me play the whole half-inning! I don't want to go through a loading screen for 1 batter.

Pretty sure this is intentional - it allows the game to run at a higher frame rate during actual action since it doesn't have to render as many details.

Without the slight degradation, the action...

If they tied the helmet color/style to the hat selection, as opposed to the jersey selection as it is now, then choosing the Rangers red cap would give them the red helmet which would go a long way...

If I remember correctly, way back, at least 4 or 5 years ago, the fast-forward/quick-sim option was...

Were your packs the ones that included the local PA announcer as well? I remember having a SOTS pack one year that had Chuck Morgan announcing all the Rangers during walk-ups. It was awesome.

If only the Mom & Pop shops knew the market they had on eBay for these early releases. They could make $20-30 extra off of them and sell out almost instantly.
