All pro shifts it towards the user as well with a plus 2. Can easily see it for your self in play now.

They need to look at sacks!! If you put your pass rush to aggressive and user a dline man on all madden or all pro you can get a sack ever single time!! I dont know how no one has seen this!! Try it....

Yes. I played a season with no issues. There is a guy that said they aren't fixed for him but not sure why. He is the only one who said it wasn't.

Yes start over. Also someone posted pics showing it isn't really capped at one. But I played a full season and one got the plus one maybe 6 times thru 16 games. So only six games. I think only a few...

The drive goals work great. The cpu gains conf in other ways and always has better conf then me. Well the good teams do lol. Bad one not so much.

Ok I think I figured it out. There are a defense and offense goal that if you complete it it gives you xp and conf. They are the most difficult ones also. Not easy to get. One on offense was complete...
