Hmmm. QB accuracy makes no difference for me. WR catching does. I'm on custom sliders but raising catching 1 and they complete 90% at 12 yards per attempt. Lower it 1 and I kid you not the QB stats...

As far as I know, it effects players' ratings only. So if you have a 3-4 run stopper in a 4-3 pass rush scheme, in theory, he should be less effective.

Use them primarily as red zone threats, short routes. Maybe even fade routes in the end zone, depending on their height vs the defender, you can float a pass their way.
