It does work as it worked in PES17!
You can use Matt's simple tactics method or copy paste the ATT/DEF you like from one team to another. Both works great.

What's the command to see hot/cold zones when you're at bat? It doesn't appear anymore for any batter for me... I'm on dynamic difficulty(between rookie and veteran) and zone...

Yeah, hot/cold zones, is there a way to activate somewhere cause it doesn't show in matches when I have a guy at bat... no colors are showing at all.

So you mean that when you play as a big team vs a small team which has conservative pressure, you just have to 'create' the opportunities because the opposing weaker side won't...
