So I've been playing FM13 for several years now and I have 2 main saves I've really enjoyed and spent time on.

1. Seattle Sounders & USMNT (13.5 years - currently September 2024)
2. AIK (7.5 years - currently June 2019)

Given all the time I've spent here, I've obviously come to love my teams and players. I also picked up FIFA 15, which is the first FIFA I've owned since I grabbed FIFA 2010 World Cup for $5 on Craigslist. I've found myself enjoying the game, but missing some of the depth of FM.

So I thought it would be fun to make a few of my teams in FIFA 15. I've started a spreadsheet and a PowerPoint doc to track all this, but I wanted to run it by you guys before investing too many more hours into this.

• Baseline for all stats is 20 in FIFA 15. Every 1 rating point in FM13 = 4 additional FIFA 15 points. Example: 15 speed in FM13 = 80 speed in FIFA.
• For work rate, we’ll use the work rate stat and the player’s role. If the player is a CAM, the attacking work rate will be 1*=1-4, 2*=5-8, 3*=9-12, 4*=13-16, 5*=17-20. That player’s defensive work rate would be 1 star lower. For a defender, their attacking work rate would be 1 star higher. Midfielders would be even for both unless they are clearly CAMs or CDMs.
• For weak foot, it will be based on their footedness:
  • Both gives 5*
  • Left/Right gives 3*
  • Left only/Right only gives 1*
• For skill moves, it’s Flair + Technique + Creativity. 1-12=1*, 13-24=2*, 25-36=3*, 37-48=4*, 49-60=5*.

The following stats map exactly from FM to FIFA: Crossing, Finishing, Heading, Dribbling, Free Kicks, Acceleration, Sprint Speed, Agility, Balance, Marking, Aggression, Positioning, Jumping, Stamina, Strength, Long Shots, GK Handling, GK Kicking, GK Positioning, GK Reflexes.
For all other stats, the mapping is the average of the following FM stats:

• Short passing: Passing, Technique
• Volleys: Agility, Technique, First Touch
• Curve: Corners, Technique
• Long Passing: Passing, Technique, Decisions
• Ball Control: Dribbling, Technique,
• Shot Power: Strength, Long Shots
• Interceptions: Anticipation, Positioning, Tackling
• Vision: Anticipation, Decisions
• Penalties: Composure, Concentration, Penalty Taking
• Standing Tackle: Tackling, Strength, Agility
• Sliding Tackle: Tackling, Decisions, Agility
• Reactions: Anticipation
• GK Diving: Agility, Jumping

The following attributes aren’t used(GK attributes not included). I feel I should consider including these:

• Long throws
• Aggression
• Bravery
• Determination
• Influence
• Off the ball
• Teamwork
• Natural Fitness
