Too many HR's?

I play in all star and I feel there are too many home runs. There is a hit variety but most of the runs come via HR.

If you don't want to raise the difficulty, you could always mess around with the power sliders

Yeah, I hit 2 home runs in my 2nd game with the Altoona Curve & 5 in my first 3 games. I also grounded into at least one double play every game for the first 7 games. I adjusted the sliders and now my 52 ovr SS has to really hit it on the screws just to drive one to the outfield. Only 1 HR I the 5 games since. As far as the double plays, I just have to stop sucking. :P

You really need a sample size of around 20 games before u can really say if the hit variety is off.

What slider did you adjust? I just want the players that should hit home runs hitting them but not everyone

I'll take a tad too many HR's for this years game than last years where I'd absolutely hammer a ball and it'd be caught on the warning track constantly. That infuriated me in 16'.

In my limited game sample, I don't feel I've hit too many home runs. And the ones I've given up have been mistake pitches that got hammered. But my sample size of games played is extremely small at the moment.
