How do I get the created players people are making ? Is there anyway to download them ?

This is for anybody who wants to answer, I will appreciate it. I have played a ton of AOIT and Top Spin 4, and quite a bit of Tennis World Tour. Picked up Grand Slam Tennis 2 for Xbox 360 for $2 at Gamestop, and the game is quite enjoyable. I am seeing that people added classic players (Some with gameface), I am guessing there is no way to access these anymore? If that's the case, it would be a shame. This game actually has quite a few good qualities.
