Im using a Sabu moveset, however Im not able to add the Jumping Heel Kick as a Signature move, cant even do it as a
Finisher.
Only able to select jumping heel kick as a running move, can you explain how or where I can
locate this move and make it a signature move?
The creator of this moveset suggested that the jumping heel kick be used as a signature move, problem is jumping heel kick can not be chosen as a signature( atleast I cant find it when trying to select a signature move) please help
