I came up with this question after seeing Barry Alvarez talk about getting inducted into the college football hall of fame. He talked about how he built the wisconsin program up from a dormant state. I live in Minneapolis, MN and the university of Minnesota is the state school here but our football and basketball programs haven't been great here for a while. This made me think why kids rather go to wisconsin or iowa over minnesota when the twin cities have so much more to offer than the cities ... Read More

I have been a Timberwolves fan since the day they drafted Kevin Garnett. They seem to always do something really stupid or the ball never rolls their way. These consistent mishaps have made me conclude that the team is cursed. We always miss out on the top players in the draft or make bone head draft decisions. - Forgot to Mention the owner giving the ok for the worst uni's in the league.

I know Jamarcus Russell has been a real disappointment in his short NFL career(Overweight, sleeping in meetings, and caring more about his contract than anything else), but as I look back at the Raiders Draft picks in the last 10 years they all seem to be bust in a way. Which makes me wonder if its the players or the franchise.
