Madden NFL 11 Cover Athletes: Brees, Wayne, Allen, All in Contention (ESPN)

	"For the first time in "Madden" franchise history, the coveted (cursed) cover will be decided by fan vote. Starting Thursday, February 4, fans will be able to log onto the site www.doritoschangethegame.com and vote daily for either Drew Brees, Reggie Wayne, or Jared Allen to appear on front of the "Madden NFL 11" box. Voting will continue through March 15, and EA Sports is expected to announce the winner sometime around the NFL Draft."

Aw, c'mon . . . does anyone really care about who is on the cover? I would much prefer that EA spend time and resources on working on the game. I couldn't give a crap if the long snapper for the Lions is on the cover. It would be nice if the OL/DL interactions were fixed, and if ratings actually mattered.

Reggie Wayne? Really? WTF has he done to be more deserving than CJ2K, Ray Rice, DeSean Jackson, ...hell even Josh Cribbs deserves it more than Reggie Wayne.

Yeah I guess a top 10, maybe even top 5, wide receiver doesn't deserve to be on the cover.

I think they should put him on the madden cover but not playing football but rather painted up with that camo holding his spear. go with some slogan or whatever about bringing a warrior mentality to the game.
