I'm waiting on it now too. I told my younger brother that I would swing by his house and get it downloading for him so it would be ready for us to try out when he got out of school today. I just logged on to my PSN and still don't see it. I guess I shouldn't have got him so excited about it, or at the very least, I should have had a better understanding of the exact time of day Sony releases their demos.
I just assumed it was some automatic thing that when 12am hits on the release day for the demo, it would automatically show up. But you know what they say about assume.
