Nope, you only get a discount on pre-owned games. You just get points when you buy new games.

Are you positive of this? Because when Sony used to do it with The Show, I don't ever remember paying S&H with the free hat.

If you trade in some games, you can some more money off of your purchase.

Yeah this "promotion" has been a bit of a clusterfoxtrot hasn't it? Still down, but I can at least get to the page where you put your card info in. After that, it throws up:

Server Error in '/EASports' Application.

Procedure or function sp_UpdateCreditCardConfirmCode has too many arguments specified.

The servers were so jacked up yesterday. Then it was also saying that one of my codes was invalid. I ended up e-mailing them with my problem and they said that they reset something for me. When I tried again this morning I was finally able to get my information to go through and get a confirmation. They definitely need to get this together a little better.
