EA Sports has released player and team ratings for the entire AFC and NFC North divisions. Click here to see the complete list of player ratings for both divisions.

Cincinnati Bengals - Overall 86
Baltimore Ravens - Overall 84

Cleveland Browns - Overall 75

NFC North
Green Bay Packers - Overall 88

I anticipate some riots over the team OVR ratings. I don't have a problem with them but we know how this goes.

We know Josh Gordon's rating now, 92

They certainly gave Manziel the ability to be an impact player right off the bat. Seems like they underrated Gilbert a bit though.

Bridgewater tied with Ponder for a 77 Overall.

Cassel the default starter at 78...

This is going to be tougher than I thought.

Lookind the full ratings from each team, I gotta say, I have no idea what the rhyme or reason is behind the speed ratings. It seems like some are just guesses.

Ryan Shazier has 92 spd and 89 Acc. He's going to cause some havoc when blitzing.

Bryan Hoyer is rated way too high among many others.

Why on earth does it show Pittsburgh as having more salary cap space than they do (23.7 vs actual 17.9), yet the Cleveland browns get a whopping 15.2 vs actual 26.4 ???

I play a lot of franchise, and this bothers me.

Madden has yet to incorporate real contract structures in the game.

underrated? I am guessing you meant overrated?

It appears, based on this spreadsheet, that Pass Block Strength, Pass Block Footwork, Run Block Strength, and Run Block Footwork have been removed from the game. Hmm.

Awareness affects intangibles such as the CPU's general ability to control a player, the player's ability to react to an airborne football, a player's ability to react to a fumble, whether a player falls on a football or attempts to scoop-and-score, among other things.

On defense, many of the AWR rating's functions were passed over to the Play Recognition rating when it was first added in Madden 07.

Just a few examples:

UDFA TE Colt Lyerla (GB) - 68 OVR, 35 AWR, 87 SPD, 91 ACC, 76 CTH
6th rd pick CB Demetri Goodson (GB) - 66 OVR, 43 AWR, 91 SPD, 92 ACC, 83 MCV, 77 ZCV

7th rd pick LB Brandon Watts (MIN) - 60 OVR, 92 SPD, 91 ACC, 76 TAK, 43 AWR, 68 MCV, 75 ZCV

That's only two teams and four players. Those in online leagues: these are the players you get for cheap, keep for cheap, and they make a big impact.

I'm looking at the Bears' roster, and their rookie punter has 92/82 kick power and accuracy but a 53 awareness, so he is a 54 overall. I would like someone to explain to me the difference between a punter with low and high awareness. Does the rookie not know he is supposed to be punting the ball when he is on the field?

I was under the impression they were out last year, but I could be wrong. I'm pretty sure I only remember being able to upgrade pass blocking, run blocking, and impact blocking in CFM

We'll didn't they say they didn't do nothing in the game anyways? why have extra ratings if they don't effect the player in any way.

im likeing what I see with browns rookies west looks like he's gonna be a good rb to use.

They have Gilbert way too good. 94 speed and acc with 85 man and 86 zone. That 59 AWR is the only thing keeping that OVR south of 80
