It probably isn't available in your country, but you can download it using apk downloader site, just google the app you need and paste link in the apk downloader link generator, it how I did it last year too, but know I can't get past the "Preparing to download req. assets" phase

Yup. Just locks up my phone (iPhone 5). Sometimes I get the login screen for PSN, but I can't type anything in the boxes and then I have a tough time getting the app to quit.
