Nope TV magic the VO for this had to be recorded weeks ago. Most of the design team didn't know there was 1k total until 2 minutes before that livestream.

In the style guide they do not have numbers on the front.

Thank the LAWD! I used those blue jerseys on the road 80% of the time. This would have crushed my soul.

While we're on the subject of Cubs jerseys... any chance that the 100 year commemorative patch gets taken off after the first year of franchise/RTTS?

I know it's small but I think the 3 new running types will add a lot. I don't know if this has been answered or it but what if a players primary position is LF and his secondary positions are CF, and RF. Will he still take the -5 hit in his fielding ratings when we play him in his secondary positions?

Maybe I'm just imagining it but the framerate looked smoother (less hitchy?) during actual gameplay than what I'm used to seeing from 15. You can't really pick up on that from a Twitch stream, but it really stood out to me here.

Good to know there's still more graphics check-ins to come, and it'll look even better once it's done.

I preorder this game every year and this year will be no exception. Everything looks amazing. My only wish would be for them to add player awards in the player card. I don't know if this is a difficult add but id love to open the current player card with all the career stats and also see what awards they've won. NBA 2K does this extremely well but baseball is my favorite sport haha.

That was the smoothest I think I have seen this game look, the frames per second thing seems to have been solved, thats great
