Which console(s) did you get NCAA Football '09 for?

Thinking about getting the PS3 version next year, due to the RROD with the 360. Wondering if there'd be enough other guys for an OD. Also, just curious to see the breakdown across all consoles.

360, kind of easy choice there since we don't have a P3.

I'm expecting an overwhelming 'win' for the 360.

PS3 for me.

I couldn't have played it on my 360 even if I tried due to region coding, but the multiple RRoDs killed any interest I had in owning a 360.

I originally got it for the 360 and the FOFC online leagues (NOFL), but then I got the RROD, so I got it for the PS3. Once my 360 came back I never played it again on the PS3.

It's still the only game I have for the PS3.

Were you able to get named rosters? That was one of the things holding me back from last year's version.

Aren't you too fat to play a sports game?

I actually haven't checked for a real names roster yet. I guess I should do that.

No remember I'm too fat to have an opinion about the "beautiful people".

I figured that by the same logic, if you aren't athletic in real life, you shouldn't be allowed to play games based on athletic competition.

I'm a golden god in softball. Typically batting .700 season after season. Plus I have deceptive speed for my size...

360 hands down, it's a much better system and XBL blows away Sony's attempt. (for the record I have both so I know the ups and downs for both)

(not the thread for it, I know) Wont argue that XBL is better (yet not free), but none of that matters if my 360 bricks itself, as it had a habit of doing everytime I got my hands on a highly-anticipated title. It's like the system KNEW when I'd just gone out and grabbed a new title before throwing up the dreaded RRoD.

I ended up giving the bricked RRoD'ed 360 away to my ex-gf's brother and told him he could deal with fixing it.

One more thing in PS3's favor is that I've always preferred Sony's controller, especially for football games.

I definitely prefer the 360's controller for some reason, fits better in my hands I think. Wish I'd hung on to one of those. I do think that in games that require really quick button pressing the PS3 has an advantage though, for me anyway.

I could not agree more. The 360 controller just feels more natural. With the PS3 controller I feel like I am using a kid's toy.

...and don't even get me started on the PS3 load times...

I got it for the 360, though would have gone PS3 had I had it then like now. I didn't play it all that much, on the PS3 it would probably have got more playing time for me due to online play. Console football (maybe an sport I guess) games just seem to have lost my interest several years back when it comes to straight solo play.

dola,

Though for some weird reason I tend to like the 360 controller slightly better for action-RPGs.

Ps3 and PSP.

Same reasons than Groundhog and Emiliano. As i'm in Europe, the 360 region restrictions didn't allow me to play any USA game like NCAA and College hoops, so i decided to sell my 360 and buy a PS3. MLB the show also played a big factor.

The 360 region restrictions in games is the most stupid marketing decision i could think about, specially when your competitor doesn't have it.
