I guess that's a sorta-win for the Mayans. Good job, there. |

This was a heart stopper for a bit. My youngest daughter's school was in lock down for an hour and a half as police went room to room checking the school.
A parent saw someone outside the school with a gun. As it turns out it was a counselor for the school and this parent had never met him. There are some counselors within the school that apparently are given a permit to carry as a line of defense. This is actually the first that I have heard of that. |

Could you imagine being one of the persons who built a bunker and spent a lot of money on supplies? Do you just walk out and see that nothing happened and just say "Oh."

This poll needs to be public. Where are the poll-changing mods when you need them.

I imagine it wouldn't be a big deal. I would think they would be just as happy as everyone. My guess is they would just know the bunker and supplies will still be there when "they really need it". Until then, carry on happily. |

Haven't seen any interviews with Mayan preppers for their take on the delay. |

Isn't there an 11 day difference between the Gregorian and Julian calendar?
