    2012 Recruiting Thread

2011 is almost wrapped up, so I figured it's time to move on to the next class.

Duke just recently received a commit from 5* forward Alex Murphy, and they're actively pursuing the following:

    5* G Shabazz Muhammad
    4* G Rasheed Sulaimon
    4* C Tony Parker

Imo, Duke gets Sulaimon by the end of the week. I don't think they get Parker (who I think goes to OSU) or Muhammad, but Murphy and Sulaimon make that a top 10 class already.

Cam Ridley is a baller. UNC wanted him for a while but I think everyone knew that it was going to be hard getting him out of Texas. The 2012 class of bigs is the best that has come out in a long time. I'm assuming that Drummond is going to UConn and Coleman is going to Syracuse.

Louisville landed 5* PG Rodney Purvis. The top PG in the class. Then we have 4* Negus Webster-Chan a 6'6'' SF. Ranked in the top 40. Still pursuing the likes of Ricardo Ledo, Shabazz Muhammed, Gary Harris, Andre Drummond, etc.

Andre Drummond will end up at UConn. Don't think we have a shot. I really like both Gary Harris and Shabazz Muhammed.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Everything I'm starting to hear about this kid makes me think that he won't even be playing in college. Shabazz Muhammed and Winston Sheppard will be visiting for the Pitt game along with Rodney Purvis.
