So this will be more of a place to keep track of ideas/challenges for myself with franchise or superstar modes. I am sorry to the moderators if I put it in the wrong spot...commentary is welcome from anyone with thoughts to adjust what I’ve put or have thoughts of their own 
(1) Ultimate Coach ‘Em Up — play as preferred team in fantasy draft. Draft all players under a certain threshold (under 25yrs old & under 65 overall). Cannot trade picks or players, must accept all trades AI offers you and build a winning team.
(2) Gut team of choice and only draft/play players from smaller schools/overseas. (In Football, college must have less then 150-200 players whom have played in the NFL)
(3) NFL Diversity — have a player represent each state, no duplicates. Can only drop a player if injured for entire year, no using trade block/trading unless started by AI.
(4) Make a superstar and have him play (record stats) for as many teams in his career (if NFL hard as you’d have to force trades, small contracts, etc)
(5) College contracts in NFL — treat newly acquired players as if on “college” contracts. So 21/22 are “freshman” and can be on a 4-year contract. 23 year olds are “sophomore” and be on a 3-year contract, etc.
(6) Hardmode — Cannot have players with the same Overall OR be from same college
(7) In Baseball, start with team of choice in franchise mode and finish original contract then move on to worst team possible after initial term is up. Rinse/repeat at end of each contract
(8) In Baseball, play a franchise with having no players having more then 5 years MLB experience
