All PS3 games are "region free", its not like the 360 it doesnt lock any games to any regions.

Your post makes little sense in relation to this thread Oldboy, read it a little, its been going years, we often get the game before it comes out in America

I get that, but there is also a lot of talk about the price of shipping going on as well. I'd assume some, maybe, EU people would prefer to wait a bit and get it for cheaper. Maybe not. But there is also a lot of talk about shipping errors and issues.

And not all PS3 games are region free though. Persona 4 Arena was locked which to my knowledge is the only one for odd reasons. They wanted to limit importing of the US edition since the EU one was coming out after the US one. So its not technically impossible and always good to make sure. If a publisher wants to they can. I would never think they would region lock The Show, but its technically possible and why I don't want to assume since I didn't know for sure.

First time pre-ordering the game, got a few questions first (probably really stupid ones).

I'm in the UK and I see a lot of people talking about VG+, how much roughly would the game and shipping cost? I'm seeing people saying it would cost about $90 overall (around £60) with the game being $60 and the shipping being $30.

I've looked on play-asia, which actually does free shipping. Is this advised? Or should I look into the FedEx option which costs $17 and takes 1-3 days with tracking?

Just wanna know the advantages of VG+ and the differences between that and play-asia. Sorry if these questions are all a bit stupid, but I've used the search function and can't really find anything.
