well, at least that is what i did multiple times now ! bought madden last year and preordered The Show yesterday !

i just bought a 50 $ and a 10$ card and just added the funds to my us account wallet and paid for the game ... without any problem

Select the "By Route" tab then input CVG for departure airport and EMA for arrival airport.

I'll answer my own question. It is impossible to pay for it in the PSN store if you don't have a US credit card. Paypal is not an option either as you still have to have a US billing address.

What is the point of doing this to us European fans of the game? Why make it so difficult? That Sony choose not to distribute due to low demand... fine. But why make it impossible to buy through a digital channel?!

As mentioned you can buy US PSN cards on the web which add funds to your US account. I am unsure if that purchase then works on your UK PSN account on same PS3 and if it would then link with vita version.

Thinking of going down the PSN digital route as I never sell it on anyway. I have a US PSN account already so if I buy some PSN codes for US $ I can then buy on my US account.

Also a bit worried about online codes - last year got Vita and PS3 versions from VG+ but wasn't possible to link them with UK account ended up re-buying Vita version from EU store eventually which could then connect with PS3 MLB via UK account (after PS3 MLB online code was activated via US account but used on UK account).

I have bought ncca football and madden last year via the us-store and have had no problem playing those games with my german account (even online features) so i guess there is no reason to assume otherwise with The Show!

I'll cancel my preorder and go for a digital download from the PSN store instead (if not someone has a good reason not to go that route?). As I am in Sweden, no physical delivery will be received before March 5th anyway.

It's not that bad. I've lost count of the amount of times I ran to the door like an excited dog whilst waiting for delivery earlier, all because I'd hear a car door or something stupid.
