My Canadian ps3 version from 2013 worked with the European Vita version from 2013

Thanks, think that makes my mind up! US should be quite a saving (£35ish digital).

I have never played a Baseball game before, so I picked up MLB 14 The Show on PS3 about a week ago (digital) after watching video and thinking I could get to grips with it.

I mean, other than the spitting and excessive plate dusting, it looked a lot like cricket so I gave it a go... and I'm hooked.

My wife has suddenly become a baseball widow as I sit up until 3am watching the Live games on the UK ESPN HD channel. I always thought it must be a bit of a boring sport until I played it on the PS3 and decided to watch a game to see if I could pick up the rules.

So, needless to say, I'll be grabbing the PS4 digital download too as soon as it becomes available and probably transferring my offline Marlins franchise across to the shiny new graphics.

Glad to discover that I'm not the only European playing the game!

I think I'll be dropping the lovely Charlotte a mail on Mon 28th just to see when they expect to ship.....

I downloaded the PS3 version and must say it was a breeze - if I hadn't pre-ordered the PS4 in November I'd have done digital download....that said the old extra DHL shipping does give us the opportunity to get the game earlier and also to moan to each other as deliveries are dropped off around the country.....

The trackathon still draws me in every year and has become part of the show folklore along with our "showcations". :-)

Apologies for being a bit off topic. Do any of you guys have the MLB.tv app available in your European country on ps4? We don't have the app I'm Sweden so I'm thinking I'll probably have to set up a user account for the US (or another European country)

I don't think it's been added to the uk apps yet? I always used to use my iPad.

Just getting a shipping estimate for the Middle East as I'm positive they won't carry it here. I have a bandwidth limit so I've contacted VG+ for an estimate. Will be worth it I'm sure.

No it's not available, not in Finland. NBA app is also missing

Yes, in the UK.

Same old trick, set up a US PSN acct (ive had one for years) download the app, log out and back into your normal European PSN account, works fine

I've tried that on PS4 and it didn't work. It's locked on my uk account but fine on US.

You need to go in to the settings and find the renew or activate licences option if it doesn't work on your other accounts. Not at home so can't check the exact place but its under account settings I believe.

Do I need to set up a US PSN account to access online modes such as the vault or will my UK PSN account work fine? This is for an imported copy of the game.

You don't need a US Psn account for online modes and roster/slider/logo vaults.
