Did you email their shipping daddress to request a price and the service?

I ordered the game, paid for it and then have emailed the shipping address but have had no response or confirmation... my order is in processing, but still shows the standard shipping

Did you phone them up, or did they reply to your email request?

Roolz, i emailed Sidney and told him that the change had not been made yet to the pre-order. He replied 2 days later and everything had been changed. The price then reflected the dhl shipping.
An e-mail will do.

Roolz - I've never had a reply from the shipping address when I've used it, so I always just contact the general one - [email protected]

Charlotte dealt with me the other week and my order reflects the change on the pre-order status (the price) and she's added DHL shipping to my notes requesting this on the original order.

Yeah, I'm sure you guys will be ok with it and they'll sort it today/tomorrow for you...I'm sure if they don't you'll be on at them...how many weeks we got left now...I'm hoping it'll be sent out either the Friday before (that happened with the NHL releases) or more than likely it'll be March 1st.....

So that'll be...h'mmm...5 weeks tonight...<groan>..so long...it's like waiting for Christmas when we were kids!

Let us know how you get on with your shipping quest you two....

Its like all the wait for every Christmas rolled into one .. even my kids are more restrained at that time of year, than I am at this time :o

As for VG+ got an email from Sidney saying he can add it for the price, so ive requested it and hopefully will have this on my order in the next day or so. Thanks for the help lads.

DHL Shipping added, thats a relief and now its time to play the waiting game.

Im hopeful like you Ninjoid that at the latest it ships Monday (if not the previous Friday) and we then get it very early in the week of release.

Ok guys so what about the pre order stadium deals? Last year I ordered at VG and it was excellent but I'd love to have those classic stadiums right away. Now I canorder via Amazon but I don't know if the pre order deal holds up for Europe customers aswell and if their shipping to europe is fast. Anyone from Europe with Amazon experience ?

I have now emailed both the customer service and the shipping addresses at VG+ but as of yet no reply and no change to my order, although they have taken the money from my bank and not included any extra shipping charge in it, although i know they can do this seperately as they did so last year.

Hmmm, worrying...come on Sidney, reply man!

Psycho - the only difference is that I do the pre-order pay later thingy-ma-jig with their payment method. You've obvioulsy paid up front.

As you say, it shouldn't be a problem though and I'm sure they'll come through for you.

Roolz - yeah, tell me about it - was saying to my 10yo son about pre-ordering it and getting express delivery..all he wanted to know was if I could order him a psp game off Amazon (UK)...got my own back over the weekend though as he's kept saying "when do you think my psp game will come in the post"...I thought, ah, now you want to talk about deliveries! He understands but in a slightly different, non-baseball way!
