Yeah, all aboard the skylark in this thread - don't matter if you're outside Europe at all!

The PS3 problem is also now 'fixed'...Sony didn't do anything, they were lucky that the internal clock reset itself at midnight GMT on Monday...I turned my PS3 on at 00:01 and the clock had reset to April 2023...I reset this manually and tried to connect online and all was good...even managed to download the roster update.

Sony have been very lucky with this....I wonder if they release a fix for future years...they have been fortunate.

MLB 09 now works as well and all appears to be back to normal....mind I don't think 09 will be seeing my PS3 again with MLB 10 in hand!

Good luck to all the other guys still waiting for delivery...hopefully you get sorted soon Brunocce.

Damn it. My order with play-asia still says Preorder/Backorder. Does'nt look like i'll be getting it by this week.

Same here! My Battlefield is ready to ship but MLB isn't ready yet!

Quite right Mr. Fluffster...you're not wrong mate...hope your copy show up soon bud.

At the minute I'm just tweaking sliders (cpu v cpu) and seeing what plays best...I'm a bit concerned with the number of hits in this mode at the moment, but it's early days...other than that it's a great game - which is what you'd expect.

Did some pics, downloaded the roster update and played a few innings here and there last night.

Still getting a feel for it all, I love the new responsive feeling of it... from pitching to hitting (including check swings).

Yep, thats how i feel, nothing hugely noticeable at first but its all just much "tighter" isnt it?

Feels so much like watching a real game its scary.

In my experience of over 15 games purchased in 3 years, it can be from 5 days to 10 days, depending on how efficient is your country postal service. I guess you will get it late this week or early next one.

Yeah, the check swings are much improved. No dramatic upgrades to general gameplay but all the little tweaks just make it feel more realistic.

My delivery experience to the UK without DHL is usually 5-7 days after shipping. It will come in the normal post via Canadian Air Mail.

Having paid a little extra for DHL, I can recommend it, you just need someone at home to sign for it...takes away the unknown factor of when it will be delivered as you can track it...plus we got it before release day and most of our NA buddies - which was unbelievable!

I couldn't recommend VG+ I've used them ever since MVP 04 PC and they have been brilliant. I like some of the other paid a little extra for DHL and I will ALWAYS use that from now on.

I had a quick go last night and loved it even more than last year. I love the way the catchers throw their masks off!! The little things hey. The wife is at work until 8pm tonight and I finish at 5pm guess what I'll be doing. LOL

yeah, i'm in the normal delivery boat as well, still nothing! i was hoping, seeing as it shipped friday that it would arrive on saturday, get sorted monday and sent to me today....but i'm assuming it'll be here in the next two days...hopefully!
