Just had a call from my credit card company telling me they had blocked a "suspicious" transaction from Canada.

Nightmare!!!

I've just fired off an email to Charlotte, so hopefully it will still go out today.

Panic over.

My account still shows pre-order processing but I've received my receipt from VG+ and my shipment notification and tracking number from DHL.

Doubt we get it on Friday, the earlier would be Saturday and DHL doesn't work on Weekends, so i say on Monday we get it for sure.

DHL works on saturdays here in Brazil... and if it goes by last year plp in England at least will get it Friday.... last year the game got shipped friday, arrived in england on saturday, got processed and could have been delivered on sundays if they worked on sundays.. it only got to their houses on monday because of that.

So that makes:
Wen - ships
Thurs - Arrives and process
Fri - Delivers

Here in Brazil the process takes an extra day because of the custom clearence and because im not in Sao Paulo(where the game arrives) so it takes this extra day to ship it to my city.. so im sure ill be getting it on saturday.

Oh boy... can someone either post Charoltte's email address or pm me? Thing is, since I won't be here next week I entered a friend's address who lives in another city. But if they start shipping today and we get them by Saturday, he's not gonna be there and I could get to play before leaving for a whole week!!

I've been trying to call them but with no success.

DHL doesn't do squat on weekends in Germany. So if it is not here on Friday, it would come Monday at the earliest.

Right, so I talked to Steve on the phone. The games shipping today are mostly to countries where it might take longer than two days for the game to get there. He mentioned that because I also got one game for my brother in Venezuela and his game is shipping today... (the bastard! )

I seem to have solved my issue, which is cool, kinda... So, what he said is that games going to Germany might actually start shipping tomorrow instead of today. That might be the case for Europe in general, he said, too.

Now, I've had DHL deliver packages on a Saturday many times before. I'm in Germany, so I'll be crossing my fingers!
