    I can order from axelmusic today and probably have it on Monday or Tuesday.

    The wait isn't really the problem, as Knight and co. still have a lot of work to do on the rosters (I'm not complaining, they do a great job!), but I just hate not knowing if it's even on its way or not.

        I'm very tempted to do it but I need to know if VGP offers full refunds after 21 working days, but they refuse to answer my question about that. I don't want or need 2 copies of the game because VGP or Canadian Mail screwed up.

        If I'm forced to wait 21 working days then they will only send in the end of March/start of April. Fantastic...

        I know the packages are insured so they will "solve" the problem. I just want to know if they offer refunds because there are online retailers that don't give them if the package is lost.

        And unfortunately it's not 21 days but 21 working days.

          Come on guys, I think some of you are being a little too harsh on VG+. I've dealt with them for at least 6 years and this is my first missing item. They have already committed themselves by saying that the packages are insured, so its not big problem to get a replacement sent. If it does come down to a replacement, I would strongly recommend that you pay the extra fee for the DHL delivery. I had this delivery option last year and received my game before release date! I forgot this year! C'est la vie.

          Life is stressful as it is without adding extra on little burdens. You have to ask yourself how much of an impact does this have on your life!

          Now take a deep breath and relax! It will all work out in the end!

              I get your point, but I don't think VG+ is handling this the right way.

              They tell me that there has been delays, yet majes got his game in five days?! We all had our copies shipped on March 2nd. We are all still waiting. Is that just a coincidence? No.
              They are missing and VG+ aren't dealing with it.

              I have made 27 orders from VG+ now. That is a lot of money.
              They should value that.

              I'll email them again if I don't have it by Friday.
              And I don't want their response to be "if it does go missing we will be able to assist you". By then, it is missing. Now show me that you value me as a customer and figure something out.

              If the game does arrive this week I'll admit that I was wrong and take it all back. And believe me, in this case, I want to be wrong.

              And sorry if I sound like a.. well, d-bag, but these things just annoy me.

                I know what you mean mate and I know your not a d-bag, just very frustrated. It makes me smile as I used to get so wound up by things like this but it is what it is and there is nothing we can do about it. Other than of course not shopping with them but where else would you get it from and what would you do if they did the same?

                I'm going to wait until my 21 days are over then I will go from there. Glad to hear that 365games sounds reliable. A little bit pricey with regards to their special delivery but I've saved them for future reference.

                  Just to let you guys know, I got the copy I ordered Monday night. The DHL guy called me about an hour ago, but i was still at work. But my wife was at home so he was able to deliver my package.
                  Gotta say, pretty damn fast delivery......

                    Sharp3500 you are right,that´s what i am feeling regarding this matter

                    i also can´t buy the Canadian post delay thing....maybe the wherever EU post(maybe UK) that the packages arrive, but not the Canadian one

                    ukslamjam i am in peace and optimistic that VG+ will work this out for us, but when you say:

                      it bothers me, but i find it hard to angry at vg+ knowing its out of their hands.

                      i know they will give a refund or replacement as soon as the 21 days is up, that's not even a worry.

                      its just 21 days is a hell of a long time to wait for a game we are all anticipated an unnatural amount. so thats always going to drive us up the wall.


                      at least this is one game we know will be worth the wait.

                            Thanks for your email and we apologize for the delay with you receiving your parcel. Unfortunately, the order was shipped via Airmail, which does not include tracking. Delivery usually takes 4-21 business days. However, we have spoken to Canada Post and they have informed us that there currently have been slight delays on their end with parcels leaving Canada for International destinations. If this is a case where your parcel does go missing and is lost in transit not to worry as it is insured and we will definitely be able to assist you in rectifying the matter.                               Still no game today. I ordered a second copy from 365 games yesterday and it was dispatched today at 16.30! Hopefully should have it in a day or two. If the VG+ doesn't turn up I will claim a refund.

                                So we have to wait 21 business days? That's March 31st.
                                That is unacceptable.

                                I'm seriously considering emailing them again. You either send me another copy, or you give me a full refund. If not, you will lose a very loyal customer. I am very disappointed.
                                All this might sound ridiculous to you, but I don't think you should have to wait a full month before they do something about it. You don't treat loyal customers like that. You just don't.
                                VG+ wasn't even my cheapest option.. Axelmusic was. I went with VG+ anyway just to support them. And this is the thanks I get.

                                And oh, "slight delays". Slight?! I don't think so.

                                /rant which I'll probably regret in a few hours...

                                And ukslamjam, I'll add you tonight.

                                e. Well, I just sent another email. I asked if I had to wait 21 business days.
                                But uh, I asked nicely. I even apologized for bothering her again.. I know I would feel like an idiot if I were to be mean to her when she's not responsible. I'll post the response here when I get it.
