    In regards to draft prospects

I’m currently in 2028 season (4th year of franchise) and there are 17 prospects that have been drafted in the previous 3 seasons that are currently on the major league roster. They are regulars.

    The breakdown:

    2025 - 9 players
    2026 - 6 players
    2027 - 2 players

I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

I don't think this detracts from my point, though. 30 year old players decline so fast that they need to be replaced by generated players who are generally worse. Compare the number of 90+ players in year one versus year 10 when all the real minor leaguers players start declining. There's also a number of players who'll have high enough overalls to make the major league roster as teenagers, but have potentials in the 70s s they never grow. And it's still mostly closers. The shallowness of Rule 5 draft pools is your franchise progresses is another indicator that franchise mode is not maintaining the level of talent that you start with.
