I'd be extremely disappointed if they couldn't get this into MLB '15. It was a memory loading issue before if I remember that right. Can definitely understand it not being in the first iteration with them being worked to the bone getting this first PS4 version out the door.

Re: PS4 Discussion (MLB The Show 14)
I must of missed that one, all the same, I can't see why it's that difficult? I mean, like I said, Pro Yakyuu Spirits has had that for years. It may have been on 12 different teams, but that was still on the ps3. With the ps4 you'd think it'd be possible and I personally don't think it would be an unbelievably hard thing to implement. Optimizing it on the other hand might be a different story. Getting up to 30 different teams jerseys on the field at a time might be problematic. Oh well, I can only hope it'll come eventually. And in reality, it is only once a year that it happens, it would just be nice.R.I.P. Rory Markas, Nick Adenhart and Tyler Skaggs

Re: PS4 Discussion (MLB The Show 14)
So according to a Developer comment on the bug reports thread at TSN it looks like they removed the ability to edit Cap Brims and ear flaps of the Major League players only. Also (not confirmed yet), but parts of player cleats are locked as well.Comment

Curious on the reasoning behind this.Comment

Re: PS4 Discussion (MLB The Show 14)
I wonder why they won't let you edit those things. I can understand not being able to edit their appearance but you should be able to edit all of the equipment.Comment

Re: PS4 Discussion (MLB The Show 14)
Maybe the reason is because if they did all mo-cap with the player faces with the cap or helmet on. It will only look right with for that particular player head size or ear. Its just my shot in the dark. We all will see in next 10 or so days....Comment

Re: PS4 Discussion (MLB The Show 14)
Just saw the PS3 patch thread, and am curious. Is it safe to say of they are still finishing the PS4 game, then are all the things fixed in the PS3 patch going to be like that for the PS4 out of the box. (I know different architecture for the different systems), but still something to wonder about.Comment

Re: PS4 Discussion (MLB The Show 14)
Something else I just thought of. Will the dirt and grass effects on the jerseys look realistic to what kind of weather being played in? (like if your playing in rain, will dirt look more muddy, or will grass look more slick?) I know it can't be answered right now, but maybe someone can post some insight?????Comment

Kind of reflecting on the question above,
We probably still have to choose the weather correct? I wish it was random weatherComment

The one thing im looking forward to is seeing how this game looks when it is raining. Wonder if enhancements to rain effects have been done for the PS4 version.PSN: ckarlic
