        Just because your internet speed is high, doesn't mean the servers you connect to will allocate that speed to you. Most servers limit speeds to a reasonable speed so they can handle all the users connecting.

                anyone know how big the download will be? I'm assuming 40 GB or so.

                                NBA 2k was a 41 gig install. PS4 disc capacity is only 50 gigs.

                                My internet is slowish, so anything over 10 gigs I never download or it will take a long time. So buying digital is a no for now.

                                        Will be crazy if it is a full download like that and I feel for anyone getting it digitally without a high speed connection.

                                        Im probably looking at 2 hours tops, so hopefully a preload is availble, if not I dont think ill be staying up till 2am

                                            8MB is perfectly fine. People out there have speeds that dont even get to half a MB. So im not complaining. But 500Mbps is 62.5MB/s. Wish Sonys servers would let me get a little bit more.

                                                I don't care if it takes 2 days to download, because I have the ps3 version to play while it's downloading... the ps3 version took a good 4 hours that was 20 gig, so id say for me 40gig would take up to 10 hours with installing.

                                                If I didn't have my PS3 anymore however boy I would hate waiting for it to download.

                                                    The preload makes the wait not matter anymore though.

                                                        There is a pre load?? first I heard of that, you still gotta wait for it to download no matter when you star the download though, what time is the pre load? can you do it remotly? because I'd be a work if I could start it off when I get home it would be just about done

                                                            Pre-Load will be available sometime this Wednesday, when Firmware 1.7 for the PS4 arrives. This update is adding Pre Loading ability (one of the many features its adding)

                                                            So you will have 6 days to load the game and have it ready for midnight unlock.
