That's not the case at all. You can choose your shipping method. Get it earlier depending when you buy it and where you're located.

One day shipping is being offered. But if it isn't shipped today, there is no chance of getting it tomorrow. I'm not spending $80 for a non-guarantee.

If you were to order now I highly doubt he would ship today. It would be shipped on Saturday. Sunday it would just sit and then you would hope it would arrive by monday i guess?

Yeah it is an iffy situation. You are relying on a complete stranger to ensure that everything is handled and shipped out in a timely fashion. Then you have to rely on a shipping service.

That is why I was hoping an OS'er would be able to snag an extra copy and overnight it to me for Saturday. I trust the people here far more than ebay or strangers elsewhere. Not really worth it to me to pay extra only to be getting it on Monday.

FWIW USPS does offer Sunday delivery to certain areas.. It's usually about $12 extra on top of the regular overnight fee (about $20). Of course you'd need to find someone willing to ship on a Sat + make sure your zip has Sunday delivery, but just throwing it out there..

It does say in his shipping description that they ship Monday Friday, if orders are placed before 4pm. I'll be happy getting it Monday, plus my mail gets to me at 9:00! So I'll be playing earlier than amazons UPS delivery. Best case I get it tomorrow.

I have a tracking number and he verified over the phone its in usps hands. I also logged into my business account for usps and verified the expected delivery date from me to him with same shipping

Paying up to $30 extra just to hopefully get the game a day or two early....... MLB is a fun game to play, but idk if it is that much fun lol.
Dont get me wrong, if I could get it early, cool. But Im not going to pay extra just for a video game.

I wasn't told that at all when I messaged him about overnight. All I was told is that it was 50/50 I'd get it tomorrow. That's why I held off.
