But seriously though, here's my reasoning for why the result doesn't match the process:

Choo's hands at load are around shoulder height, and the point of contact is around halfway between the belt and the letters. OK, that's all well and good, here's Choo at the point of contact:

Now here's what his swing is supposed to look like, on what looks to be a similar pitch:

I mean, you could argue round ball round bat if the result was an infeld popup, but that was a healthy flyball. To hit it that far you would need to barrel it up somewhat...

So forgive me if I think it looks odd, because it really does lol

Round ball can and does come off a round bat at almost all of the 360 degree spectrum. There is no arguing about that, only fact. Choo shouldn't have the Japanese swing but you are flat out wrong to say that swing shouldn't/couldn't produce a fly ball in real life.

This is a funny comment because I've played every sports game on PS4 and anyone who actually believes gameplay comes first knows that FIFA is the most "next gen" sports game out there in terms of actually feeling like a brand new game while playing and not watching replays or looking at pictures..

I know what he means by this though. PS4 FIFA is a big step up graphically from PS3, but it's not as 'next-gen looking' as it will be next year. It plays a but better, quicker and a lot smoother than on PS3, and I expect The Show 14 to be just that.

It won't straight blow people away like 2k14 or Killzone for graphics, but it is a good step forward and a GREAT base to build upon.

By the way anyone moaning about 2 minute loading times is being a little unreasonable.

With all the detail in the game, for me at least it doesn't matter, because my game will last an hour or more. If it was a game of FIFA I would be annoyed because that's a big loading-to-game ratio.

2k isn't the quickest game in the world to load.

2k14 has extremely long load times. It took me almost 8 minutes to load a custom roster and another 6 minutes just to save it.
