Yeah 12:01 Day One Release signifies that you dont have to wait for the playstation store to update in the afternoon like you used to. Geez the way everyone's reacting you'd think everyone would prefer to wait until 6PM like we used to have to just so they could release it at 6PM sharp?!

The intention is to get it out by 12:01. I think we all forget this is being done by humans, no one is perfect. Are you telling me that you have 100% delivered on everything you've promised in life. Don't get me wrong, I'm disappointed it isn't out yet. I'm just saying that this is obviously a snag on their end that I'm sure someone is getting heat for.

Go to Wal Mart, some of those stores wont' have employees that will sell it to you. That happens more than you realize. If you want a guarantee, go to Gamestop at midnight. Some digital releases have no issues, some do. I've been down this road multiple times. Patience is key. Plus side is even though I'm waiting, I didn't have to leave my house and I could have more beer!

Most consumers don't care about intention, the result is what matters. Just like in the real MLB, people only care about whether you produce.
