Behind Everything

I never had this problem on PS3 but I am late on almost every swing now and I cannot figure out why. Any suggestions? I feel like I am swinging naturally and on time but everything is late to very late.

Turn down pitch speed.

I would mess with the hitting camera. Im rolling with Catcher 2 on the PS4 (I used catcher default on the PS3 which looks like Catcher 2 for the ps4)

Might try this. Like the OP I'm late on almost everything. I've turned pitch speed down to 2.

Pitch speed is your friend. Also good suggestion on the camera as well. It's really all about feel.

I use pure analog and I have noticed this also, I have to pull back slightly earlier and swing slightly earlier than last year on ps3. I think I'll be okay after playing another dozen games or so.

Have you fooled around with your tv settings? Lowering pitch speed can help, but if there is a delay then you might not see different results.

I did switch over to game mode, but it's still a little off, imo, compared to '13.

I had to dramatically increase pitch speed for it to feel right :P

I was behind everything when I first got the game too.

Then I played and more importantly practiced a lot.

Now I'm not...

Don't expect to be able to turn on some high heat without putting the work in on this game.

This was a game change not a ps4 change, it was this way this year on ps3 as well.

I had to put my TV in game mode, made a big difference to me. Have you tried meter pitching, try that and see if you are late as well. If so, it's probably your TV. If you are accurate pitching, then you probably need to adjust pitch speed.

This would explain why I'm having such a hard time at the plate since getting in the game. Thanks for the advice.

I have the same problem I'm in game on my TV however I'm late on everything any suggestions?
