I can't select the runner with the LS because the LS controls the PCI. Is anyone else having that problem?

You have to do it before he starts his motion. Just point to the base with the LS and tap L2, then release the LS back to center and you'll be ready to hit.

Having the same problem with hit and run every time they slide and I use Pure Analog Hitting.
