I wasn't getting the preview for hot and cold zones with QC on but when I turned QC off, it's worked like it's intended to.

I honestly never thought to do this. After reading these posts, I am going to try it tonight.

MLB 23 FOREVER 20 is better, 23 just for Guardians
Madden get rid of the extras (SS/XF, HFA, media, scenarios, game plan) or turn them down considerably.

Even the outfield ball-landing spot indicator thing? I've played about 12 games now with that off and while it's surprisingly playable I'm still dropping lots of routine flyballs and thinking of going back to easy mode.

Also is there a way to turn off the indicator for which fielder you're controlling? I swear when I first fired the game up I saw this but it was my first game so maybe I just didn't select anyone while thinking I did.

I turn all these things off too. I haven't even tried with them on.

I wouldn't even care if I hit better with them turned on, I'd STILL prefer them off.

          It just feels right.

Trying to approximate the strike zone on the fly, as the pitch comes in... that's an enjoyable challenge that I'd hate to miss out on.

Hate to come back to this, but I out the Hot/Cold zones on 'Preview', and the Strike Zone to 'Off', and the hot/cold zones never show. Are do they show for others?

So I'm pretty sure this used to work sometime in past versions...you could put the hot/cold zones on "preview" and it would show up before the first pitch to a player.

With the strike zone "OFF" this no longer seems to work. It seems as though you need to have strike zone "ON" for this to work.

I understand that having the hot/cold zone show, basically shows the strike zone so maybe that is why it has been changed, but I liked the 'preview' option.
