ball is thrown to wrong base

this happened now 4-5 times to me - im on defense one runner on first base then a ground ball to the ss - i press the circle button to throw to the first base but the ball is thrown to the second base and all runners are save

fielding with button only without meter

anybody has this also happened or any idea what is going on there? when nobody is on base it works correct

Why are you not trying to turn 2 anyway? Or is it 2 outs?

when you say 4-5 times, is that in the same game or different times?

1. double play was not possible cause the runners on first had a good jump with good stealing attributes so i just wanted to make the safe out at first

Did you que up triangle to throw from catcher to second on the steal attempt on a swing and miss? I do that a lot....see the runner break and hit triangle...the guy hits it and my fielder throws to second if I don't cancel the throw

I had this happen for the first time to me today. CPU hit a dribbler to 3rd, I ran up holding O, yet 3rd baseman threw it to home. It was pretty weird, but only time I have seen it happen so far.

Are you sure you're on Button throwing, and not Analog throwing?

nope - only thing i did was throw to first with the pitcher to keep the runner close - so that cant be the reason

yes sure - double checked it everytime it happened

There's an option called "Button Accuracy" this has NOTHING to do with what I'm talking about.

It's possible (I think) to have Button Accuracy AND Analog throwing at the same time.

Using Button Accuracy does not necessarily guarantee you're set to use buttons for your throws.

Don't you think that if there really was something wrong with the setting's he would be having this problem in more scenarios than just one? If the problem was I can never throw to the base I try to then you might have a good point but that isn't the case.

fielding options are: button - button with meter option and analog - and im on button only (without meter option) - so how is it possible to have button accuracy AND analog throwing at the same time?

all other throws are working with the buttons - so thats a mystery to me why this is happening

nobody on first base the throws to first on grounders work without problems

It's certainly not a controller or user error. I've had it happen several times now and I'm 100% certain no other button was pressed. It's a rare glitch in my opinion
