Re: A Patch?
I feel like this patch is just the initial bug fix...as for the lighting I expect them to release a larger patch down the road addressing more of the significant issues.Comment

Re: A Patch?
Considering they are not even back to full staff yet after the 2 week hiatus. I'm not surprised or disappointed. These guys always deliver. Just have to sit tight for a couple more weeks. Easier said then done I suppose for Cardinal, Padre, and Pirates fans. Or anyone that plays in their divisions. ....Comment

A Patch?
Yeah the one with the big fixes should be labeled at least 1.10
No idea what this patch (1.06) did."When it's all set and done, reality is the best innovation."Comment

Re: A Patch?
Safe to say the lighting is still the same...
Petco is definately the worst ive seen, look at the far outfield its almost total darkness, im really not sure how things like this make it through testing and get into release?Comment

Re: A Patch?
Hopefully this small patch fixes some Online Franchise issues because that mode is an absolute disaster right now.Comment

Re: A Patch?
They do need to put in a function for jackholes who like to drop all their big players before they quit in Online francise. Without some sort of reset button, it completely jacks up that team and league permanentlyComment

Re: A Patch?
I don't think this patch was for lighting fixes. It takes 2 weeks for a patch to clear through Sony (in Most cases). The game has officially been out for 2 weeks. Pretty sure this was a patch that was already scheduled to be released before the lighting issues were found.Comment

Re: A Patch?
I'm not sure if this is a placebo or not but this is one change I think I'm noticing.
Normally from what I have noticed stamina did not affect your pitchers accuracy as much as confidence did. They could zero out their stamina and if the confidence was still high they could continue to pick the corners.
I just played my 3rd game in a row since the patch and every time I had to pull my pitcher around the 80 to 90 pitch mark because while their confidence was still high, they could not hit the strike zone and started walking batters even when I left the cursor dead middle of the zone.
Could be just a placebo but its only change I think I'm noticing.Comment

Re: A Patch?
I wouldnt go that far... if you mean lag, you just have to know when to play. Primetime = dont waste your time

A Patch?
This is completely random but I just simmed a few games in franchise and twice my team was shutout, neither time the opposing SP was in for more than 7 innings. Could be completely coincidental but prior to today just about every time I saw a shutout it was the opposing SP going all 9 innings.
Again, could be completely coincidence but would be a nest little tweak for sim stats in franchise.
EDIT: simmed a few more and it looks like it was just an anomaly before, have seen 3 shutouts again. Disregard above comment.

Re: A Patch?
what is it about a patch that makes people think any minor anomaly or oddity is a result of the patch? Honestly? 2 shutouts in a row and you think the patch did it? we're talking about TWO GAMES in a season full of millions and millions of possible outcomes, why would you think two games is indicative of anything?Comment
