ERA isn't really a good indicator of how they are pitching anyways. As mentioned, K rate, BB rate, with FIP and xFIP would tell you how they are actually doing.

Re: Converting Relief Pitchers to Starters Guide
As for the infield, Baez--to me--has always been a 3B prospect, but I rwad somewhere they also see him as an OF candidate. He has the reflexes for SS, but he doesn't quite have the speed. I personally like Castro, so I see him staying at either SS or 2B, with Russell taking the other spot. Alcantara would maybe take OF if Baez moves to 3rd (Alcantara has a caree .803 fielding% at 3B, and has played 16 games in CF this year), but he's likely the odd man out.Comment

Re: Converting Relief Pitchers to Starters Guide
I did have Baez at 3B for that season. I ended up trading Alcantara and Soler, so now I have Baez at 2B, Bryant at 3B, and Castro at SS (I don't have Russell as I'm in 2017 in my franchise)Comment

I'm curious how the roster makers at The Show deal with the conversions. I also wonder how they come up with the ratings in the first placeOOTP Baseball 15 Online Teams:
Cooperstown Diamond Legends - Pittsburgh Pirates
Corporate League Baseball - Best Buy Geek Squad
Premier Baseball Dynasty League - Boston Bruins
United States of Baseball - Omaha NighthawksComment
