Re: Graphics?
Obviously we haven't played mb15 ( well most of us here hasn't) so we can't really say for sure on the graphics department, but to me just by the summer wind trailer the graphics look significantly better compared to mlb 14. in 14 the lighting was pretty good but not all across the board a lot of the time it looked like the players and stadiums were lighted up from a different light source which made them look as if they were not occupying the same space (like drawing in a cartoon character in a real world background setting) they don't look like they were in the same world, but from the summer wind trailer it looks like they have improved a great deal on that, and I think the lighting is the biggest reason for that. now if only we can see a night time shot, I have a feeling Ramone and Crew are withholding night time shot because we are going to be blown away by them. well i hope that's the caseComment

Re: Graphics?
Now, I'm in the camp that says the graphics upgrades this year are fantastic and are anything but "slight". The game really does look awesome. But I would be lying if I said I wasn't a tad disappointed that we didn't get new player models this year. It's literally, in my opinion, the only thing that could use improvement in terms of graphics.Last edited by breakfastcat; 02-18-2015, 06:05 PM.Comment

Re: Graphics?
I distinctly remember Brian Williams' account of the graphics in this year's game to the effect that, as Brian Williams sat there with Ramone and Nick Livingston and Lorne and the rest of the dev team over in San Diego, he truly got the feeling that MLB '15 would be the best text-based sim ever made. The memory of his time at SDS is so vivid, so tangible, that he could almost taste it, but his account of this epic story pales in comparison to the very real, and brave, struggles of the dev team working their way through the catacombs of this perilous, but noble, dev cycle.Chicago Cubs | Chicago Bulls | Green Bay Packers | Michigan WolverinesComment
