    Re: MLB15 Size

I had a good experience last fall with the pre-load release for GTA V on the PS4. I was able to launch the game 1 second after the clock struck midnight and I am hoping the same will happen next week with MLB 15.

Oh and for me it should be 1 second after 10:00 pm since I live in the Mountain Time Zone.

More software / server than it is PS4. I dont know what kind of ethernet port it has but i assume it would be a gig which would be fine.

That's another advantage about digital with pre-load (assuming it does dL the whole game rather than just the first 10 GB).

Last year when my friend and I went to walmart to get the actual disc game (because gamestop wasn't doing midnight sales for the show last year) we got back and popped in the disc. It took awhile and with it's slow load time, and then we could only pick the Minnesota Twins and the Colorado Rockies at Dodger stadium I think, because the rest of the game hadn't finished installing. (Which took ages as well)

This brings up the question of load times, and install times for this year.

Load times should be the same since all games (disc or digital) just run off the hard drive now.

Install times...(shrug) I'm digital, so I don't care about disc installs and digital will just install when it downloads so I won't need to be concerned with that either.

That and we have already seen the load times.

I'm going digital for the first time ever this season.

Could anyone inform me the reason a gamestop digital game is available at 10am est on the 31st but PSN it is available at midnight on the 31st?

Could anyone inform me the reason anyone would buy a digital download from anywhere but PSN?

5 bucks off gamestop power rewards...but since it doesn't release until 10 hrs later I won't be using them for The Show.

I dont use GS anymore.. I haven't even been IN a GS store since last Christmas season, and it wasn't even for something for me.

With Best Buy all but eliminating their rewards program over the last few years (which has really rubbed me the wrong way), I've decided to give most of my business to Gamestop as my way of helping keep them in business.
Anyone who claims to be a fan of two teams in the same pro sport is actually a fan of none.

Dont have a best buy that close tome so i havent been in a while. But from everything i hear GCU seems to be a pretty damn good deal compared to power up rewards.
