    Re: MLB 15: The Show Q & A Thread

I just updated from MLB13 and I can't find what I'm looking for. Does MLB15 have the "Player Ratings" screen like 13 did, where while you're in a game you can see your opponent's defensive ratings with the A for strong arm, S for speed and F for fielding. It was always helpful to know which outfielders to run on without having to go look up everyone individually. Thanks.

So Carlos Gonzales just decided to jog in the middle of a play on defense. Anybody know why outfielders do this sometimes? He started the play by sprinting, then began jogging until the ball passed him, and then started sprinting again. This isnt the first time it has happened either so any help would be amazing.

Yes everything I could possibly figure out is on, no idea why I am not getting injuries.

Ok but you understand that having them set to manual will make it so injuries don't happen on their own, yes?

              Try this....
Go to USER SETTINGS.....make sure the profile with injuries on is the one loaded(it's the top of the screen....you cycle through them)....make sure injuries are indeed on....then hit the USE AS DEFAULT option....

Could someone do me a solid and explain how to steal in this game??

The in game manual says to use the L2 button or the L2 button plus the left stick for a specific runner.....okaaayyyy, so the vast majority of the time I try this, usually with a man on first, nothing happens!! I feel my controller vibrate briefly and the runner does not take off. This is REALLY killing my games!! I have had some steals take place, most of which were early breaks and the guy is thrown out every time or caught up between bases, and still gets thrown out or tagged.

I don't understand how something as simple as sending a runner for a steal has to be so damn hard!! I'm starting to think maybe my controller is malfunctioning but the L2 button works as it should elsewhere in the game and in other games, so I dunno.....PLEASE HELP!!

Press L2 and let go. The runner will take off when the pitchers starts his throwing motion. Press and hold L2 until it vibrates. The runner will take off when you decide to release L2.

I've literally played 200 games so far this year and I had no idea about the second option. Holding till it vibrates then releasing when I want the runner to go is genius. I've always just tapped L2 and your guy often gets a terrible jump. Is this new this year or has it always been that way? Man I'll feel dumb if it's always been like that.

Maybe i should know this, but when going to your inventory and buying things (Bats, gloves, shoes, etc.) how do you earn the coins/points to buy them?

I want to get a $20 psn card and I want to buy the 27,000 training points for my rtts character. The cost is $19.99, is this taxed? Do I need to get more than $20? I don't want to get it and the final cost is like $22.50 or something

I sold a Tanaka the other day and didn't get any stubs back? Kind of pissed since I just lost out on 10K worth of stubs, anyone know where I can go or what I can do to fix this?
