I can transfer your PS3 RTTS to the PS4 for you if you'd like. You must own the PS4 copy of 14 to do the year to year transfer from the PS3. It requires me too sign into your PSN account, so you'd have to PM me your credentials. You'll need to put the PS3 RTTS save onto The Show's cloud and I'll take it from there and put it on 15's cloud for you. I've done this for 6 or 7 other people this week and I think you can find plenty of people on OS to vouch for me.

About 20 games into the 2019 season my shortstop was traded from the White Sox to the Cardinals for Michael Wacha. I was excited about the trade, my SS has about 3 years of service time and I couldn't wait to get off the Chi Sox because they haven't been contending for the past 3 years. The Cardinals have a losing record right now, but I like the roster they've put together. I'll post updates later.

In RTTS mode, what's involved in playing as a catcher? Do you play every pitch and call the game? Or does it just have you in plays where you have to field the ball or throw out a runner?

For those that have played both catcher and other positions, what do you like better about playing as a catcher?

Good to see that there are still a couple of Catchers out there! Could you please answer a few quick questions for me regarding Catcher RTTS?

How do they handle the pitch calling this year?

Still to many pitches to call?

Does calling the pitches get old after a while?

Does throwing out a basestealer feel more rewarding this year?

          Thanks in advance!

Any tips on where to add points at when you first start out with a pitcher? Tips for starters & closers would be nice. Just started a closer a couple of days ago. Playing on All Star, with meter pitching & some sliders I found to make it a bit of a challenge. Still seems pretty easy. I have 10 saves through the first month & a half. Have yet to give up an earned up. My WHIP somewhere between .60 & .70. I'm going to increase the difficulty & change the sliders.

Pretty much the same as before I do believe. You call pitches but you do have to move the mitt to the location of the pitch. But sometimes it would randomly fast forward past a batter & have me catch the next batter. I have no clue why it did that.

Something weird just happened. Been playing a SS I created in this years game. In mid May right now.
Decided to play a RTTS player from MLB14. Loaded him up and played a game.
Went back to my SS and ALL of my settings are back to default. Hitting interface, hitting difficulty, camera, fielding, everything.
Need to setup everything. I was on dynamic hitting and just one spot or so from going to All Star before this happened.

I submitted it as a bug, but has this happened to anyone else?

Transferred my guy over. He's in his 13th season. Career numbers are:
                      G: 1770
Avg: .293 (after 8 years finally cracked .300 and have hit .300+ the last 5)
                      Hits: 2017
                      HR: 403
                      RBI: 1255
Awards: x3 MVP (one of the mvp seasons I won the Triple Crown .349/56/155) , x5 All Star, x3 Silver Slugger, and x1 HR derby (came in second 3 times before finally winning). Sadly no gold gloves

I'm working on playing 20 seasons and seeing where my guy stands all time.

Just hit a line drive straight back at the pitcher & hit him square in the face. Dude dropped like a sack of potatoes & was taken out of the game. Lol

I always work on my pitch break and control first, followed by stamina (for sp) . Over the years I've found that once you master those first three pitches, everything else falls into place. As for stamina, I tend to strike out a lot of batters and go deep into games, nothing is worse than when you lose a shut out or no-no in the 9th because the effectiveness of your pitches are diminished.

Created a Closing Pitcher. Did good in the showcase. Got drafted by the Marlins in the first round. Not a team I wanted to play for, so went back to school for one year. Got drafted by the Diamondbacks number one overall in the draft! That's a first for me ever. AZ has a couple good closers in front of me so, this might be interesting.

I was going to transfer over my LF and SP but I enjoy the grind as well and seeing who and how I get my achievements. I know the game play hasn't changed much but, as a hardcore RTTS junkie, I am sooooo thankful the loading sequences are faster. Hated getting one at bat that lasted 1 min and took 5 to get to the next game. This is also the reason I never bothered with a reliever/closer. I bet over a session you get much more playing and advancement.

[QUOTE=whoisdo;2047189879]Sick. How long did it take you to get to the Majors in your RTTS?

In my RTTS on PS4, my SS Kendall King just got called up to AAA after an injury to another player. Hoping I can have him impress the scouts & get to the Majors soon!

Started fresh as a contact/power LF. Was drafted in the 3rd round by the Twins as I was just getting used to the controls again and had a subpar showcase on dynamic difficulty. Tore up AA and was doing average in AAA but due to an injury with the big club was called up at the all star break in my first year. Did okay and the AI traded an OF to make a spot for me. Now I'm pretty much a regular but in the bottom half of the line-up. Fun!
