Re: Modified Controller mapping | Using the new update
Tried this out for a bit and it's just not going to work for me. The small deadzone on the R2 trigger doesn't give the precision I want when using zone. I played a round of CoTW and was a bit late on most fastballs. It's only the difference between hitting the ball to right center and right field. Going back to X I was pulling some like usual. I tried R1 as well and didn't like that either.
I wanted to try this mostly because I get hand strains near my thumb when playing The Show for a while. Pressing R2 would help since it's the constant mashing on X that does it. Might mess with it some more, but not something I would want to use in a competitive scenario."The older I get, the faster I was!"

Re: Modified Controller mapping | Using the new PS 2.50 update
Maybe this is just me but I've had the R2 trigger break on two controllers already. I hope it doesn't happen to you guys but I think there's a design flaw with the triggers and since R2 is used much more frequently than L2, especially for shooters, this option would make me nervous.Comment
